India at Rs 8,599.


Nokia’s new family of Android based smartphone launched in India today(Monday).There are three phones in the family – the Nokia X, X+ and XL. All this smartphones runs on Nokia X OS which is developed on Android platform. The Nokia X, is going to available in India from March 10.Nokia X priced at Rs 8,599.Other two smartphones will be available in next 60 days.


         The Nokia X is not pure android smartphone it runs a forked variant of android similar to Amazon Kindle line-up.

About Nokia-X:-
      Nokia X, is based on the Android Open Source project (AOSP).Nokia-X has a single capacitive button for navigation, unlike  three capacitive buttons on a Windows Phone smartphone or any other android smartphone.Nokia has also acquire the open-source facility in it. Nokia-X is much different than android. because,Nokia has pulled other elements of Asha and Windows Phone in it. Belive that this will give you a smart experience.

    You can’t access to the Google play store for apps. To run any android app you can side load it from Nokia-X store or Yandex store or you can install third-party application store such as 1mobile and other. Nokia X phones will provide you Microsoft services such as Bing search,Skype communications and OneDrive file storage.
            Nokia X, Nokia X+ and Nokia XL are from a new family of Nokia’s affordable smartphones.
         The Nokia X is the entry-level model in the family. The Nokia X+ offers more memory and storage. Finally, the Nokia XL packs a 5-inch screen, 5 megapixel rear-facing and 2
megapixel front-facing camera.
    All three devices are powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon dual-core processor and are dual-SIM phones.

Nokia X – is available in India starting today at Rs 8,599, the other two phones – Nokia X+ and XL, will hit the store in the next 60 days.
